Initial telecom pathways for Phase 1 didn’t support the fiber volumes needed for future phases. Without changes, the infrastructure risked congestion and costly rework.

Issue:
The VCP needed to support multiple tenant access types without compromising perimeter security or creating delays.
Resolution:
We deployed a layered system with badge, biometric, and LPR integration tied to a centralized platform. This enabled secure, flexible access while maintaining full audit control.
